Terms Service

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Upon check-in, the guest must present a valid ID Each guest needs to pay a deposit of RM100 (Villa) and RM50 (Glamp site) as protection against any damage. The deposit will be refunded during check-out provided there is no damage to facilities or equipment. Failure to do so may result in an additional payment or your reservation not being honoured.
All vehicles are to be parked at Kuak Hill Resort designated parking lot.
Breakfast is not included in the standard room package and will be charged separately for each additional add-on at RM10.60 per person, per day.
Additional surcharge is applicable for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, school holidays and public holiday bookings.
Additional surcharge is applicable for late check out.
Booking is confirmed upon full payment only.
All changes on bookings need to be informed at least 14 days before the booked date.
No refunds on cancellation. Bookings can be changed to another date of the same value.
Payment must be made via our booking system, on this website.
